Description

The Clinical Pilates – Matwork Level 2 course builds upon the foundations established in Level 1 and focuses on the progression towards intermediate and advanced clinical application.

This programme deepens the understanding of lumbopelvic and scapulothoracic stabilisation, integrating higher levels of exercise complexity while maintaining clinical safety and reasoning.

Participants will learn how to progress patients from stability-oriented rehabilitation towards strengthening, conditioning and functional reintegration. The course emphasises smooth transitions along the rehabilitation continuum, from pain management to full functionality and injury prevention.

Small equipment is introduced to enhance motor control, endurance and stability challenges. A brief introduction to myofascial release techniques is included as a complement to multimodal physiotherapy intervention.
