Description
The Clinical Pilates – Women’s Health course focuses on the application of Clinical Pilates across the different phases of a woman’s life, recognising the complex physiological and biomechanical changes involved.
This programme is not a Women’s Health physiotherapy course, but rather a specialised Clinical Pilates course that applies the same clinical reasoning framework to female-specific contexts such as pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.
